Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD, or EXCHANGE which are subject to the terms below.
If the product is refunded, returned, or exchanged, there will be a shipping fee charge for the return label, which will be applied through a total reduced refund or credit. All Items are eligible for return except for downloads. Digital products do not qualify for returns. You must always ship the items back by following the shipping instructions. First, obtain a RMA number and once approved, ship item back.
Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase.
Credit Policy
You are given 7 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT or GIFT CARD in exchange for Goods.
In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that the following conditions are met:

Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.
Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

You are required to ship back the item to be inspected and replaced.
